Booking of treatments


  • Please call 082 330 0209 to make a booking
  • Booking in advance is recommended to avoid disappointment
  • All packages and group bookings must be paid up front 7 days prior to the scheduled date
  • All prices displayed include VAT
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • Please look on our website for monthly specials


Cancellation policy


  • Treatments cancelled with less than 24 hour’s notice will result in 50% of the total treatment price being changed




  • In a spirit of mutual respect we kindly request punctuality.
  • Late arrival will result in a reduction of treatment time whilst the full treatment fee will apply.




  • We accept payment in cash as well as credit card
  • Electronic funds transfers are accepted, as long as proof of payment is brought along with you for your treatment
  • Our terms are strictly COD, we do not do accounts
  • Products ordered are to be paid for upfront upon order




  • Pebble Moon Wellness Studio unfortunately does not offer any cash refunds
  • Products purchased are non-refundable unless you experience an allergic reaction from a product suggested by us. We require a medical doctor’s written confirmation that the allergic reaction resulted from the use of the product in question as well as photographs of the reaction.  This is submitted to the product’s manufacturer for review as we adhere to their refund policy.  They will then come to a decision and advise us accordingly.


Gift vouchers


  • Gift Vouchers can either be purchased for a cash value or for specific treatments.
  • Treatment gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
  • There is no cash redemption.
  • Monetary gift vouchers do not expire.




  • Sterilization is of utmost importance in our salon, we are fanatical about hygiene and cleanliness.
  • For this reason, we utilize equipment and products that conform to our standards
  • We use disposables where possible
  • All equipment is constantly sterilized
  • We also do not recycle wax
  • Any fungal treatments, or any condition a client has that may be a fungal condition, will be referred to a specialist for proper medical treatment first

Any information submitted by you (including, but not limited to, your name, e-mail address and contact number) will be used for one or more of the following purposes:

  • Alerting you to product upgrades
  • Special offers
  • Updated information
  • Administration


Disclosure of medical information


It is important that you always advise your therapist upfront (before your treatments) of any medical or physical condition you may have.  These include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Pregnancy
  • Heart Condition
  • High blood pressure
  • Pacemaker
  • Diabetes
  • Epilepsy
  • Recent surgeries undergone
  • Muscle or joint injuries
  • Allergies or previous reactions to products
  • Chronic medication or any other medication you may be taking
  • Contact Lenses
  • Metal Plates / Pins

Nice to know information regarding treatments:

  • We are a smoke free wellness studio
  • We recommend that you wear comfortable clothing and slip on shoes
  • For the full benefit from your pedicure, remember to bring  your sandals
  • Our skincare range, Nimue is designed to work synergistically to be of utmost benefit to our clients, we recommend that you use our products at home if you come for Nimue treatments in order for you to see the best results
  • No Nimue Active Rejuvenation Treatments will be done on clients that are not using the corresponding home care products (you may purchase the products at our salon, it is recommended that if you book one of these treatments and do not have the products at home that you make sure that you let us know so we can order stock for your treatment)
  • Free consultation on your first skincare treatment (allow a little extra time for this)
  • Free eyebrow shaping with every facial should it be required and also should there be no contra-indications
  • Avoid wearing your “good” underwear for a bikini wax
  • Avoid normal deodorants after an under arm wax
  • Do not have heat treatments or undertake exercise (e.g. sauna, sunbed, Jacuzzi, workout, or swim etc.) less than 8 hours before or 24 hours after your wax.
  • Always allow at least 1 hour to digest your meals before having treatments
  • Never consume alcohol before any treatment
  • We do not do sensual massages
  • Although we love children, we do not allow children at the wellness studio.  There are no facilities at the wellness studio that cater for children or and we also do not have any babysitting facilities.  There is also the danger of heating equipment and sharp instruments for the little ones if they are in the salon.  Why not give yourself the time off you deserve and get a babysitter so you can relax properly while you have your treatment.
  • Pebble Moon will not be liable for any theft, damage, loss and injury that may occur while at our wellness studio
